Dr. Li， PhD in Exercise Science ，University of Massachusetts – Amherst. He initiated LSU Peripheral Neuropathy Studies in 2004, has been working on related projects until now. Dr. Li is currently a research professor at Georgia Southern University. In addition to serves as reviewer for more than a dozen peer reviewed scientific journals, he is one of the founding editorial board members of the Journal of Sport and Health Science.Dr. Li is an active fellow of (American) National Academy of Kinesiology since 2014. 讲座语言：中文

This talk is concerned with a partial observable optimal control problem derived by forward-backward stochastic control sysetms with correlated noises between the system and the observation. By virtue of a direct method, an approximate method, and a decomposition method, some optimality conditions and feedback optimal controls are derived.
